How to Setup the Home Assistant Manual Alarm (Moving from Alarmo)

This is a full walkthrough of setting up the Home Assistant Manual Alarm. I moved over from SmartThings a year ago and at first I had success with Alarmo as the security alarm in Home Assistant. It was super quick and easy to setup and seemed fine at first. After awhile, I realized that Alarmo was great when working, but lacked reliability due to things like updates. Therefore, I decided to setup the Manual Alarm which is integrated in Home Assistant and it works GREAT!
