About This Video

In this video, I share my real-life experience after switching from iPhone (and basically living in the Apple ecosystem for over a decade) to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. I’ve been using the Fold 7 as my only on-the-go device — meaning no iPhone and no iPad in my bag — and I break down exactly where it genuinely beats the iPhone and iPad put together, and where I still miss iOS. The biggest win is multitasking. The moment you open the Fold 7, it becomes a mini tablet, and the split-screen experience is on another level. I can run three apps at once, add a floating app on top, then save the whole setup as a preset so it’s two clicks away instead of six. What impressed me most is reliability: even after travel and flight mode, my saved app combinations opened exactly where I left them. But I’m also honest about the trade-offs — Apple still wins on simplicity, notification polish, and camera consistency. Battery life and charging speed are my main frustrations, yet my final verdict is still clear: the Fold 7 replaces my iPhone and iPad when I’m on the go.
