I’ve been an iPhone guy for over a decade, but after adding a Samsung device into my workflow for productivity, I started seriously questioning if my primary phone should switch too. So I picked up the Galaxy S26 Ultra and moved over from my iPhone 17 Pro Max to see what daily life actually feels like in 2026. In this video I’m not obsessing over specs—I’m focusing on real usage: design, UI/UX, typing, multitasking, camera, and the little things that either speed you up or slow you down. What surprised me most is how premium the S26 Ultra feels in hand, and how Samsung’s UI choices genuinely help me get more done—like on-screen Touch ID, Face ID behavior that can take you straight to the home screen, and the side dock that makes split-screen and floating windows ridiculously practical. But I’m also honest about where I still miss Apple: Wallet is simpler and more reliable on iPhone, the iPhone camera app feels more cinematic and natural (Samsung can look a bit too sharp/cool), and third-party apps on Android still feel messier with ads and notifications. My verdict: I’m not switching full-time yet—but I’m very close.
