Week 8 of my 8 Week Fat Loss Challenge is finally here, and I’m doing a real check-in on where my weight and body fat are at—and honestly, how my mindset has had to evolve through the ups, downs, and “why is nothing happening?” moments. I talk about being so close to my goal weight, but also how this journey hasn’t been linear at all. If you’re in that stage where you’re doing the work and the scale is moving painfully slow (or not at all), I’m right there with you—and I share what’s helped me stay consistent anyway.
