I’m doing those 4:50AM mornings (yes, I’m tired), getting my workouts in, and trying to stay consistent even when my motivation is not there. I also share what I’m eating day-to-day, including my protein coffee, and how I make meal choices that actually feel realistic for real life. I talk a lot about the mental side too: weight fluctuations, the “is this working?” moments, and the difference between motivation vs. discipline—because maintenance is a whole different game than losing the weight in the first place.
