skip to 3:17 if you dont wanna see the ikea haul ------------------------------------------------------- im super happy with how this room makeover (or redecorating my room) came out, especially since this is the first time I have redone it. if you were wondering, all this stuff i bought came out to around $250 CAD (around $195 USD) if you guys want to see any videos relating to this room (room tour, closet tour, makeup collection, etc) comment down below! --------------------------------------- P.S. this room is shared between me, my grandma and sister (who just moved out but stuff is still here), so the corner of the room i showed is basically just "my part" of the room. -------------------------------------------------------------- Social Media - Instagram - https://instagram.com/emily.chan__ Twitter - https://twitter.com/HeyImEmilyy_ Snapchat - emilychansc Depop (buy my clothes) - https://www.depop.com/skitti --------------------------------------------------------------------- FAQs - Name - Emily Chan Age - 15 year old Camera - Canon Rebel T5i/700D w/ kit lens Editor - Final Cut Pro X Where I live - Canada ------------------------------------------------- SUBSCRIBE! - http://bit.ly/25RZN3R Music Used - https://soundcloud.com/lakeyinspired ------------------------------------------------- If you would like to contact me about your company, please contact emilychanbusiness@gmail.com --------------------------------------------------------------------------

About This Video

In this video I’m re-doing my room (2018 style) and taking you along from the IKEA haul to the actual setup. I picked up a bunch of small but super useful things—like a little mirror set (I literally don’t know Swedish, but it was like 9 bucks), storage boxes, a picture frame because my mom said I needed “personality” in my room (she wasn’t wrong), plus new sheets and a gray twin duvet cover with a pillowcase. I also grabbed new light bulbs (including a 5000K pure white one) and a lamp, and then the bigger pieces like a table/desk setup and a clothing rack. After the haul, it turns into a full reset: I clean out my shelf, move my wardrobe around, and basically take apart this random “structure”/desk situation I had before. I vacuum, rebuild everything, and do the moment-of-truth reveal once the table and shelf are in. My favorite part is the clothing rack—by some miracle it fit perfectly in the space without me even planning it. Also, because I don’t have room for a full mirror but still wanted one, I put the square mirrors inside my wardrobe door. This room is shared with my grandma and sister, so I’m really just redoing my corner, but I’m so happy with how it turned out (and it was around $250 CAD total).
