It’s December 31st, 2024 and I brought y’all with me for a real New Year’s Eve day—from the “I just woke up” skincare moment to me trying to get my whole life together before midnight. I started with a mini home reset (yes, I finally cleaned the bathroom… don’t judge me), then I sat down to edit and upload my last hair video of 2024 because I got sick and Curlsmas did not go how I planned. I also talked about one of my goals for the new year: listening to my body more—like actually eating when I need to, not just running around. After that, I did a car reset for the new year (vacuum, wash, clean-out) and ran errands like the bank and the ABC store, where I was definitely in there looking around like “what am I even getting?” I got back home, ate, got myself together, and headed to my bestie’s house for a girls night in. We did vision boards, TikToks, karaoke, popped champagne, counted down to 2025, and tried the 12 grapes challenge for good luck. It was the perfect mix of resetting my space and ending the year with my people—laughs, vibes, and a little reflection.
