In this video I’m sharing my current everyday “no-makeup makeup” routine — basically my minimalistic face that still looks flattering, matches any outfit, and takes zero brainpower when I’d rather sleep an extra 20 minutes. For me, the most important thing with no-makeup makeup is the base: it needs to look flawless, skin-like, and not cakey. I start by smoothing texture with a pore primer (I use my fingers so the warmth melts it in), then I set straight away with a mattifying setting spray because I swear my makeup lasts longer and my skin looks more soft-focus. For coverage, I’m obsessed with my little hack: mixing BB cream with a bit of sunscreen to make everything more breathable and even lighter. I build it in thin layers with a damp beauty blender, focusing where I need it most (under eyes, forehead) instead of going full coverage everywhere. Then I set with a powder pact that has a slight sheen (glowy, not glittery), add a putty/cream blush for that natural radiance, and keep the rest super simple: fine wispy mascara, clear brow gel, and a comfy lip oil to finish. The goal is always “my skin, but better.”
