Come spend a super jam-packed (and absolutely freezing) day in China with me. I start the vlog at one of my favourite shopping centres with one mission: hunt down that viral Adidas Chinese jacket collection I’ve been seeing all over TikTok. Before I can even think about shopping, I’m sprinting to get milk tea because I’m literally dying of cold—plus the bubble tea spot is so high-tech with the tap-to-order screens, free lemon water, and the whole place feeling like a packed café. I also open a blind box and pull the cutest fuzzy cup keychain that’s passion fruit scented… I’m obsessed. Then we hit Adidas and I try on a bunch of pieces (sizes are chaotic because everyone’s buying it). I talk you through what I actually like and what’s a no for me—colours, fit, whether it feels too masculine, and even the tiny-but-it’s-a-pocket pocket situation. After that, it’s pure shopping-in-Asia heaven: PopMart, a Priceline-style beauty store with skincare and makeup right at the front (love that for us), and just soaking in how extra and cute everything is—stages for performances, home & living shops with food, and photo-op pop-ups everywhere. To end the day, it starts snowing (not dandruff, gang), and I’m genuinely so excited because I haven’t seen snow in years. It’s cozy, chaotic, and very “for the girls.”
