I Climbed my FIRST MOUNTAIN! | Lake District Hiking

Hello YouTube! Today you join me for a brand new adventure in the Lake District, England's largest National Park! What am I doing in the Lake District, I hear you ask. Well, I'm embarking on my biggest challenge yet and climbing my first ever mountain... Catbells! And once I've climbed that one, I'm climbing two more; Maiden Moor and High Spy. I even made a couple of small detours to Blea Crag and Minum Crag! These 3 mountains mark the start of a new playlist on my channel, Walking the Wainwrights, where I'll chart my (likely slow) progress in my goal to visit all of the Wainwrights. This doesn't mean that I'm not still pursuing my goal of summiting every tor on Dartmoor, far from it, this is just an extra goal for when I get the chance to visit the Lake District.
