CONQUERING My Fears - FIRST SOLO Wild Camp

Hello YouTube! Today, I’m taking you along with me for my first ever wild camp, and I’m going SOLO! (Scary) 😱 I pack my backpack and head up to Oke Tor, the first tor I ever visited on this channel. In today’s video, I set up a tent for the first time, get surrounded by all of Dartmoor’s wildlife in the night, cook pasta and hope for a sunrise! This was the first time I have ever camped, and I did it all alone, so I hope this helps any of you who are struggling to overcome your fear and anxiety around camping, particularly solo camping. It can be so good for the mind to take a break from the busy-ness of everyday life and head out into nature. First wild camp of, hopefully , many!
