Good morning friends! In this market day vlog, I’m taking you with me to an Easter-themed outdoor market (Easter Eggstravaganza) where I had a 10x10 booth space, paid a $60 booth fee, and had a nice long setup window before the market ran from 11–4. I show you our full booth setup, chat through the morning logistics (including the classic “Tetris the truck” moment with seven tote bags of plushies), and then we jump right into sales—mystery boxes, loaf cats, mini octos (especially the mini octo with the frog hat), and more. I’m always going to keep it real with you: this market absolutely kicked my butt. It was 87° and the sun was blasting our backs all day, plus the wind was WILD—plushies flying, signs shifting, other vendors’ tents trying to take off, and pollen coating everything (my allergies were not happy). Even with the chaos, it was still such a good day, and I loved getting to interact with kids and families—those moments are genuinely one of my favorite parts of doing markets. I also recap what sold, share what performed best, and talk through little vendor decisions (like adjusting displays for wind and making sure plushies go to a loving home).
