About This Video

Hi friends! In part 3 of my craft room makeover series, I’m finally wrapping up the transformation by tackling the biggest job of all: organizing my yarn stash (yes… it was an obscene amount). I brought everything in, spread it out by brand and color (because that’s how I already keep it organized), and then figured out what actually made sense for the cube storage. Spoiler alert: it did not all fit, and I was genuinely overwhelmed for a minute—but we made it work by prioritizing the yarns I use the most for my plushies and market prep. I walk you through exactly how I organized each cube—Sweet Snuggles Light, Chenille Home Slim (which is discontinued but I still have a stash), Premier Parfait Plush, Premier Basic Chenille, Bernat Blanket, and Parfait Chunky—plus the “miscellaneous” yarn that didn’t make the cut. Then I finish setting up my order packing station (printer, label printer, poly mailers, tissue paper, tape, freebies, and all the small business essentials) and give you a full tour of the new space. It’s a small 10x10 room, but it’s the perfect setup for me and my mom to work together—and I’m so excited for what’s next, especially more market prep, digital patterns, and eventually selling safety eyes.
