Haaay friends — I’m back vlogging, and this one is the real behind-the-scenes of my entrepreneurial lifestyle. I take you through a very “worky/chatty” couple of days where I’m bouncing between two businesses (I co-own Connected Camping and I run my breathwork business), plus all the little life things that still have to happen in between. We start with my actual morning vibe — breathing, praying, washing this wild curly hair (yes, I’m still learning), then it’s straight into calls, admin, social media, and trying to catch up after hosting friends and running our first Connected Camping of the season. You’ll see what it looks like when the to-do list just keeps rolling: brand consults, meetings with my Connected Camping intern, sorting footage from a 24-hour camp experience, and filming breathwork sessions for The Exhale (Bliss + processing rage). I also share what’s coming next — the 2024 tour is in motion (Atlanta, Philly, Tampa and more), and I’m excited about how different each space will feel. And in the middle of all that? I paid off my car, which honestly felt unstoppable — like, “I’m teaching people how to breathe… hello.” This vlog is the reminder that entrepreneurship isn’t just sunshine; it’s presence over pressure, one thing into the next thing… and still making time to put your feet in grass when you can.
