In this vlog, I’m letting you in on what “lately” has actually looked like as a full-time wellness entrepreneur—aka a lot going on, a lot of logistics, and me trying my best to document this chapter so I don’t regret not having footage later. I’m in the middle (and then the aftermath) of my Exhale Tour 2024, and I talk honestly about decision fatigue, living out of a suitcase, and how the tour has been rich and rewarding… even though it’s basically just paying for itself. I share the cities I taught (Atlanta, Tampa/St. Pete, Philly, New York, LA) and why I ultimately canceled Salt Lake City—tired, getting a little cough, low signups, and it just didn’t feel aligned. I also bring you into the behind-the-scenes of my other business, Connected Camping (I’m a co-owner), and what it takes to prep for camp weekends—meetings, shopping for the Zen tent, and tying up a million loose ends. Between coffee shop Mondays, client calls inside my 3-month container (Construction Zone), brand/marketing work, and building out email automations + landing pages for new breathwork offerings, this video is basically my reminder to choose presence over pressure. The theme is simple: if it feels like it’s going to burn me out, I’m moving it, rearranging it, or canceling it. Less is more, and I’m honoring that.
