These are my peaceful + productive days lately—the real “raw and real Monday vibes” kind of season where I’m still outside, but I’m sleepy outside. I’m getting back into my routines after tour: early mornings, tea, admin days, and actually taking sleep seriously (because wow… I keep saying “tonight I’m going to bed” and then entrepreneur brain wants to do one more thing). I share what my work week rhythm looks like right now—Mondays for laptop/admin/finances and planning, Tuesday–Thursday for clients and breathwork sessions, and I’m trying to make Fridays a true day off. You’ll see me move through hot yoga at 6am (highly recommend—warm, cozy, and then you’re blissed out), breathwork sessions, Connected Camping meetings, and prepping my August calendar/goals. I also talk about fasting/intermittent fasting and how my appetite shifts—especially around new moons—and how I’m leaning into simple nourishment like juice and smoothies.
