Happy 2025. In this sit-down catch-up, I’m sharing what’s actually going on in my life right now—mentally, spiritually, energetically—and what I’m feeling called into as this year starts. I’m 31 now (which feels a little… messy, not gonna lie), but underneath that I have this delusional faith that 2025 is going to be magnificent. The theme already feels like: if I want the level-up I keep asking for, I’m going to have to get uncomfortable and move outside my routines. I’m really embodying “I’m becoming the woman of my dreams,” even on the days I’m not doing the perfect “that girl” morning. I also share a big life update: I’m not moving (even though I was convinced Atlanta would be done for me by 30). It’s bittersweet, but opportunities are finding me here, and my home setup is genuinely something I used to dream about. On the business side, Connected Camping is shifting its model (year six, wow), and I want to be here to see that evolution through. And the biggest update: I launched The Exhale Studio app—something I truly didn’t see coming—plus I’m hiring teachers, building more live classes, and creating crisp, immersive breathwork sessions that make practice feel sustainable, grounded, and easy. I’m still in hibernation season though… new year starts in spring for me.
