About This Video

In this 9-minute morning breathwork, I’m helping you start the day off right and clear out anything that feels heavy, noisy, or stuck. Breathwork doesn’t have to feel like a chore—so I guide you into a comfortable, upright seat (head over heart, heart over hips), close your eyes, and simply take note of what’s here: your breath, heartbeat, skin temperature, subtle movement. Then I invite you to set an intention—what would make today great, what would make today better than yesterday—because your first “hit” of dopamine is what your body will seek all day, and I’d rather you seek the breath. We move through growing box breaths (inhaling, holding, exhaling, and pausing) to anchor the nervous system and create more clarity in your body and headspace. From there, we boost energy and “magnetism” with two rounds of connected breathing: nine steady breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth, followed by one slow, full inhale and a soft release (with cues like relaxing the jaw and forehead, tongue to the roof of the mouth, and a gentle pelvic floor lift). We finish with cleansing breaths to release residue from yesterday—or last year—so you can come back to the moment with total acceptance and less resistance.
