Yarbo Smart Yard Robot - First 24 Hours! Just yesterday, a big pile of boxes showed up at my front door—my Yarbo finally arrived! In this video, I’ll take you through my first 24 hours with the Yarbo, including unboxing, setup, and initial tests. 🔧 What’s in the box? Core unit ✅ Snowblower attachment (waiting for snow! ❄️) Lawn mower attachment (for summer 🌱) Leaf blower attachment (tested, but wet leaves weren’t ideal 🍂) Base station (bolted down, not going anywhere!) RTK unit (setup with PoE, but had to run a temporary cable) 💡 First Impressions: Setup was intense but doable thanks to guides and videos 📖 Navigation worked well, even on steep hills! ⛰️ No connectivity issues mapping my driveway and sidewalks 🚀 More in-depth reviews coming soon! I’ll be testing the snowblower this winter and the mower in spring. About This Video

Just yesterday I came home to a big pile of boxes at our front door—my Yarbo finally showed up. In this video I walk through my first 24 hours with it: what arrived, what I actually set up, and what my early testing looked like once we got everything powered on and moving. I’ve tested other robots in the past (like the Worx and the Dreame), so I’m always paying attention to the stuff that usually breaks these systems in the real world. I’ve got the core unit assembled with the snowblower attachment on right now (Minnesota… so we’re just waiting on snow), plus the mower attachment for summer and the blower unit. Setup was pretty intense, but doable—there are guidebooks and videos, and I’m not trying to recreate that whole process here. The base station is installed and bolted down, and the RTK unit is up and running on PoE (I had to run a temporary cable inside, and yeah, my wife wasn’t too thrilled). The big wins in my first day: quick mapping of the driveway and sidewalks with no connectivity issues, and it handled a steep hill on the side of my house way better than a lot of robot mowers I’ve tested. More in-depth reviews are coming once we have snow and grass.
