CES 2026 is officially in the books — and the smart home tech this year was unreal. In this wrap-up, I’m breaking down 26 standout products I saw across smart lighting, robot vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, security cameras, smart locks, home battery backup, and a couple of genuinely futuristic AI wearables. We’ve got robot vacuums that can climb stairs, robot mowers that map without boundary wires, face/palm recognition smart locks, and even an AI household robot with arms. I’ll also talk about a growing concern: as devices get smarter, more of them are quietly recording audio and video in ways people may not realize — and what that means for privacy going forward. If you missed them, check out my CES event coverage too: CES Unveiled video - https://youtu.be/gaR3YoU7uI4?si=dNnwNUsE3gNQBYE_ Pepcom video - https://youtu.be/O9i1JjCB6E8?si=1kELbQrGmEJ4eZsr I had an awesome time meeting up with fellow smart home creators in Vegas, and I’ve got a feeling I’ll be getting some of these in for hands-on reviews soon — so tell me in the comments: which product do you want me to test first? 👍 If this helped, hit like, subscribe, and stick around for more smart home coverage. 01:14 1️⃣ Govee (Floor Lamp 3, Ceiling Light Ultra, Sky Ceiling Light, DaySync, AI Lighting Bot) 02:49 2️⃣ Jasco Enbrighten (Eternity Lights + Hexagon Garage Lights) 03:59 3️⃣ Roborock Saros Rover (Stair-Climbing Robot Vacuum) 05:04 4️⃣ Ecovacs Deebot X12 & T90 Pro (Smarter Mopping + PowerBoost) 06:20 5️⃣ Narwal Flow 2 (Hot-Water AI Mopping) 07:43 6️⃣ MOVA Mobius 60 + Pilot 70 Concept (MopSwap + Flying Vacuum) 09:02 7️⃣ Dreame X60 Max Ultra + Cyber X Concept (Ultra-Thin + Stair Carrier) 10:49 8️⃣ Yarbo M-Series Modular Yard Robot 12:18 9️⃣ Ecovacs GOAT (Robotic Mower with Built-In Edge Trimmer) 13:31 🔟 Sunseeker S4 (Wire-Free LiDAR Mower) 14:11 1️⃣1️⃣ Anthbot N8 Series (Mow + Vacuum + Auto-Empty) 15:25 1️⃣2️⃣ WORX Landroid Vision Cloud (Wire-Free + Offset Blade) 16:06 1️⃣3️⃣ Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD (Extreme Slopes + Tri-Fusion Nav) 17:04 1️⃣4️⃣ NexLawn NAVIA AWD (Object Pickup Concept) 17:44 1️⃣5️⃣ SwitchBot Onero H1 (Household Robot with Arms) 18:47 1️⃣6️⃣ Kwikset Aura Reach (Matter + SmartKey) 19:22 1️⃣7️⃣ Lockly Affirm Series (Matter + NFC + Tap Access) 20:12 1️⃣8️⃣ Lockin V7 Max (Wireless Charging + Biometrics) 20:49 1️⃣9️⃣ Eufy Smart Lock E40 (Video Doorbell + Lock Hybrid) 21:27 2️⃣0️⃣ Reolink OMNI X16 (Triple-Lens + Local AI) 22:23 2️⃣1️⃣ Eufy Security Cameras (Doorbell S4 + Wall Light Cam S4) 23:05 2️⃣2️⃣ EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X (Whole-Home Battery Backup) 23:32 2️⃣3️⃣ Anker Solix E10 (Hybrid Home Battery Tease) 23:50 2️⃣4️⃣ Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra (Rugged Portable Power) 24:18 2️⃣5️⃣ Timeli (Personal Safety Device) 24:47 2️⃣6️⃣ Looki L1 (AI Wearable Camera + Privacy Discussion)

About This Video

CES 2026 is officially in the books, and this was one of those years where you walk out thinking, “Okay… smart home tech just leveled up.” In this video I recap 26 standout products I saw across smart lighting, robot vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, smart locks, security cameras, home backup power, and a couple of genuinely futuristic AI wearables. It can be overwhelming if you’ve never been to CES, but this is my seventh year, and I tried to focus on what actually felt new, useful, or just plain jaw-dropping. On the lighting side, I dug into Matter-enabled launches from Govee and the “install it and forget it” vibe from Jasco’s permanent outdoor lighting (plus those ridiculously bright hexagon garage lights). For home robots, we’re seeing the big pain points get attacked head-on: stair climbing prototypes like Roborock’s Saros Rover, smarter mopping from Ecovacs and Narwal (hot water + AI), and some wild concepts like a “flying vacuum.” Outside, robot mowers were everywhere—wire-free mapping, RTK + LiDAR navigation, and even an Ecovacs GOAT mower with an integrated string trimmer that could finally kill the annoying edging problem. I also covered new lock tech (UWB, Matter over Thread, face/palm recognition, even a lock that trickle-charges from across the room) and a growing concern I can’t ignore: more devices quietly recording audio/video in ways people may not realize. The tech is exciting, but we’re going to have to figure out the privacy norms fast.
