Happy Mother’s Day! This one’s a live pub gig stream where I’m set up with a bit of a “horrible angle” (it’s either this or nothing), but the main thing is you can hear it properly. I’m playing a proper mixed set for the room and for anyone watching at home—loads of singalong stuff and feel-good tunes—while keeping an eye on chat and making sure we’re not blowing your ears off. It’s got that real gig atmosphere too: busy pub, people right down the back, and all the usual live chaos that comes with playing out. There’s also a classic pub “meat draw” raffle happening, so I pause things and plan to stop and restart the stream after the break.
