About This Video

Today I’m showing you one of the best, easiest appetizers you can do on a Pit Boss pellet grill: smoked Little Smokies and meatballs. I’m a big fan of Little Smokies because they’re simple, you can make a lot at once, and they always hit—especially for parties and game day. For this cook, I mix Little Smokies and meatballs with BBQ sauce (I used Famous Dave’s Sweet & Zesty), then I drizzle in a little honey (hot honey is optional), and finish it off with a light sprinkle of rub for extra flavor. On the Pit Boss, I run these at 300°F. I’ve done them lower before (275°F) and it took about 2 hours, but at 300°F I’m checking around the 1.5 hour mark. The big tip is to stir every 30 minutes so everything stays coated and cooks evenly. After about an hour mine were looking done and smelling unreal—juicy, smoky, and perfect for feeding a crowd. If you try it, tell me what you’d add to make it even better.
