I’m back down in Cornwall for the final update on our holiday home smart home project, and honestly this place is something else. It’s a stunning 4‑bed home just a few hundred metres from the sea, and it’s packed with the kind of premium finish I love seeing when smart home tech and interior design are working together properly. In this update I’m focusing on the overall project progress and the vibe of the finished space rather than a deep technical breakdown. You’ll get a feel for the layout and what makes this one special: en‑suites, a converted gym, an upper floor sitting area, and a big open‑plan kitchen—plus a ridiculous spiral wine cellar that can hold around 1,600 bottles.
