Hey pals—this vlog is a real “day after Christmas” kind of day with me and my first foster baby, Buster (nickname only, always). We start at home with breakfast (scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella on the side so it’s not melty/chokey), and I’m working on little life skills like getting him used to holding a fork and spoon. I also share a bit of my mindset around food right now—trying to cut back on sugar and carbs without going extreme, because I’m body-positive but also just want to feel healthier in my normal routine. Then we get out of the house for a mini “The Office” location scavenger hunt inspired by the Office Ladies podcast. I drive up to the Dunder Mifflin exterior (Panorama City area) and also swing by Paty’s diner in Burbank from the “coup” episode scene with Dwight and Jan.
