About This Video

In this vlog I’m finally getting stuck into finishing my Love & Kisses quilt (Part 1!), and honestly… it feels like such a long time coming. I take you along as I work through the practical, slightly-fiddly stages that sit between a finished quilt top and a quilt you can actually snuggle under. If you’ve ever had a project that’s been hanging around waiting for “the right time”, you’ll know exactly the vibe of this one. I chat through what I’m using and what’s helping me keep the process moving—especially the little tools and references that make the finishing stages feel less overwhelming. This quilt is based on the Love & Kisses pattern from Jenni Smith’s Quilting with Liberty Fabrics, and I share a bit about that connection as I go. Part 1 is very much the “let’s get it all happening” episode, and then Part 2 is where I’ll be able to share the proper finished quilt with you. Pop the kettle on and come sew with me.
