Come along with me for the first week of Vlogmas 2025 (Days 1–7)! This is one of those cosy, chatty weeks where I’m bouncing between making, sewing, quilting and just generally pottering about, and I’m hoping it gives you that little nudge to play with whatever crafty thing you’ve been wanting to try. If you’re new here, this is very much my usual style—real life, real projects, and whatever I’m making this week. The big make I share the details for is a sweet mini Christmas tree wall hanging (Day 1), and I’ve popped all the measurements so you can sew along without overthinking it. It’s a small, satisfying project with a simple background/backing, a bit of iron-on batting (I use Parlan, but use what you’ve got), and those layered tree “branches” that build up the shape. I also include corner pockets on the back so it’s easy to hang up.
