In this video, I’m taking down my protective style (cornrows) that I kept in for a whole month as part of my cornrow hair growth challenge. While I carefully undo the braids, I share what I’m doing to reduce breakage—like lightly spraying my hair with water before I take the cornrows down. It’s a relaxed, real-time chat where you’re basically “undoing my protective style with me,” and I invite you to ask me anything about natural hair growth, routines, and glow-up habits. But we also go deeper, because I’m not only a natural hair girl—I’m a Christian beauty coach and a certified premarital counselor by the grace of God.
