I want you to know this “wedding period” is not wasted time. While you’re in the middle, God is shaping your character, building your faith, and preparing your heart for the kingdom marriage He has pre-ordained for you. I share what to focus on while you wait: becoming the best version of yourself by diving deep into your relationship with God. I talk about letting Him heal past wounds from childhood and previous relationships, letting the Word of God become your best friend, and renewing your mind as you meditate on Scripture. When you prioritize God first, you’re equipping yourself to discern the right man God has for you and you’re laying a solid foundation for your future relationship. I also anchor this message in Proverbs 3:5-6, Jeremiah 29:11, and Psalm 27:14—because God’s timing is perfect, His plans are good, and He is orchestrating everything for your benefit. Then I close by praying for you, that you remember you’re already chosen and deeply loved by God—before any man chooses you.
