Good morning guys—this vlog is basically my super cold Saturday in Korea where the temperature dropped to -2, so I was fully prepped with layers and a hot pack. I started with lunch (jajangmyeon + a ginseng chicken soup situation) before doing a very ambitious one-hour walk to Myeongdong. My face was literally red from the wind, but it was kind of worth it because I got to see the river view halfway and then finally hit the main shopping streets. Once I reached Myeongdong, I warmed up at a matcha café (MAA) that roasts their matcha and even gives water and blankets because it’s that cold. I went for a hot matcha latte and cake, then it was straight into shopping mode—especially Olive Young. I was hunting for a toner but it was sold out everywhere, and somehow I still ended up with a huge skincare haul (like 11 items) and spent almost 500 ring… which is actually insane. Korea is literally skincare heaven and I clearly need self-control. I wrapped the day with a McDonald’s dinner (their new McCrispy Sriracha Mayo burger—also not cheap), then carried my heavy toner bottles home and called it a night. I shopped till I sweat, and that’s how you know it was intense.
