So in this video I’m checking out one of the most unique keyboards I’ve had on my desk: the Kwumsy K3. It’s basically a foldable touchscreen mechanical keyboard that almost feels like a mini laptop, and the whole point is that it’s more than “just a keyboard with a screen.” You’re getting a 13.3-inch IPS display (1920x720, 60Hz, around 300 nits) that can act like a second monitor, plus a bunch of ports up top, an SD card reader, and even an SSD enclosure inside. I walk through the unboxing, the build, the hinge/0–90° screen angle, and how I’d actually use it day-to-day. For me, the real productivity win is dragging stuff like my Adobe Premiere Pro timeline, bins, or extra panels down to that bottom display so my main monitor stays clean. I also talk about the screen’s real-world look—viewing angles get a little dim and blacks go a bit gray since it’s not OLED—but it’s still sharp and totally usable for workflows like editing, Discord, or streaming chat. And yeah, it’s still a legit keyboard: 75% layout, a knob (volume by default), south-facing LEDs, hot-swap switches that look like Gat Yellow-style linears, and a sound that’s smooth and not loud or clacky.
