Hold up—Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2 looks insane, and yeah, I’m saying it: from the new CD Projekt Red clips, it’s looking better than what we’re used to seeing on Steam Deck. I focus on the stuff that matters for a game like Cyberpunk: volumetric lighting, reflections on wet streets, neon glow, contrast, and whether the far-off detail holds up when you’re driving through the city. The big takeaway is the Switch 2 footage looks immersive and surprisingly clean, with lighting and atmosphere that feel “next-gen” for a Nintendo handheld.
