Then, we move on to a archer and normal push-ups, followed by diamond and wide push-ups. Completing this program takes about 30 minutes, with long rest periods. This allows you to recover fully and perform each rep with perfect form. During rest periods, you can do something else, but stay close to avoid distractions.
