It immediately had incredibly positive effects on my life, and since then, my trail runs have become somewhat of a spiritual experience. It profoundly changed my life which is why I made this video. After doing some research and reading some beautiful books about the sport, human anatomy and evolution, I found compelling arguments supporting the fact that humans have evolved to be amazing ultra endurance athletes. Many things that make us human also make us exceptional runners. Is there a link between my self discovery through running and human history? I don't know, but one thing is for sure: Running slowly and in a natural environment can be a profoundly human experience. There is something about those repetitive ones and twoes, feeling your heart beat, and sweating alone in the wild somewhere. I love it, and it has brought a plethora of benefits and positive habits into my life. So maybe you should try it as well. Thanks for tuning in, have a good one, peace ✌️
