If you run but feel stiff, unstable, or slightly broken, this video is for you. Most runners try to fix pain by running more, stretching more, or chasing speed. That’s backwards. In this video, I break down the 4 layers every healthy runner needs 1. mobility 2. strength 3. posture 4. and elasticity, I show you how they actually work together to make you faster, more resilient, and harder to break. Just a simple framework you can build on for years. 👉 Start here with Wild Fitness (my full coaching system for runners): https://wild-fitness.cocoach.site/wild-fitness Train less randomly. About This Video

If you run but you’re always stiff, wobbly, or feeling slightly broken, this video is me zooming out and giving you the framework I use to build runners that last. Most people try to fix pain by doing more running, more stretching, or chasing speed like it’s the answer. I think that’s backwards. What you actually need is a foundation—layers that stack and support each other. I break it down into 4 layers of a healthy runner: mobility, strength, posture, and elasticity. Mobility gives you access to positions without fighting your own body. Strength lets you own those positions under load and fatigue. Posture is how you organize everything so you’re not leaking energy and stressing the wrong tissues. Then elasticity is the spring—how you store and return energy so you can move fast and smooth without feeling like every step is a crash landing. The point isn’t to do random drills forever; it’s to train with intent, build the layers in order, and become harder to break over years, not weeks.
