We spent a few days deep in the Amazon rainforest, training, exploring, and disconnecting from everything. We travelled from Europe to Rio, then up to Manaus, and finally deep into the Amazon rainforest. From there, it was boats and vans into the jungle until we reached Tupana Lodge. A remote place surrounded by water, wildlife, and nothing else. We spent a few days there with local guides, exploring the forest, fishing for piranhas, learning basic survival skills, and just being out there. Just movement and nature. These kinds of trips remind me why staying healthy matters. Not for performance, but for freedom.
