I share the three biggest lessons I learned in my 20s, especially around leaving the “safe” office path and choosing the unknown. It’s not a hype speech—it’s the stuff I wish someone drilled into me earlier. First: security is an illusion. The “stable” option can still disappear overnight, so I’d rather bet on building skills, courage, and a life that feels aligned. Second: every relationship is an emotional bank account. I talk about trust, consistency, and showing up—especially with yourself—because that’s the foundation that carries you through hard seasons. Third: ego is the enemy. Humility keeps you learning, keeps you grounded, and keeps you moving forward instead of protecting an image.
