Running Through Europe | Trail Running Documentary

Hello my wild friends, This video is a trail running documentary-style recap, of our run for Europe running adventure through eastern Europe. Starting at the Adriatic Sea in Croatia, we made our way through 8 countries up until Lithuania, where our girlfriends joined the adventure. Prior to this video, I ran trail marathons in France, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Croatia.. meaning that my legs already had a few longruns in them. My right knee has been a constant struggle since our catastrophic marathon experience on day 1 in France. With Enzo (who is my cousin and happens to be a physio), we developed a pre-run protocol and a recovery day session to take care of my injuries.
