Whats up my wild friends? After months of being targeted by Athletic Greens, I finally tried it. AG1 is a supplement in powder form that contains a huge list of nutrients (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, adaptogens ...). I like to run and do strength workouts, so electrolytes and protein are very important supplements for me. Usually, I do not take other supplements than these two because I believe I have a good balanced, and diverse diet. I put quite a lot of effort into grocery shopping, buying different veggies and fruits every week to make sure I have all the necessary nutrients covered in my diet. Athletic greens did not disappoint on the following points: - ease of use - taste - nutritional value But what was missing for me to continue the subscription is the following: - a better coverage of electrolytes in the mix - the price As an endurance athlete, electrolytes are vital, and are not covered with this supplement. So not only is it very expensive, but i still need to take the other supplements that I was already taking... so for me it's a no go. However, if YouTube works out for me and one day I have financial freedom, I would definitely consider taking it... the habit felt great, healthy and inspired me to start the day right. Hope this helped, thanks for watching, stay wildin' peace! #athleticgreens #review #runners
