Wild Outdoor Fitness: Bushcraft Shelter, Nature Workouts & Ocean Swim Adventure What’s up, wild friends? 🌲 Wilson and I are back for another wild outdoor training adventure deep in the forest. In this episode, I build a simple bushcraft shelter, while getting a full-body workout in. From pull-ups and push-ups to rock presses, and a superset of push-ups, rows, bicep curls, and over-the-head presses, this is forest fitness at its finest 🤣 To cap off the day, I run through the bush, followed by a sunset swim—a well-earned dip in the ocean. Almost lost my way back to camp, but thanks to the moonlight, I found Wilson again. The next morning, I switch things up with a focus on legs and mobility: squats, lateral squats, yoga, and a meditation session to round out the wild training camp. If you enjoyed this one, drop a comment and let me know what creative and exercises you'd like to see in my next videos! Stay wild, peace! ✌️
