If you’re done dreaming and ready to actually create your future self, this video is for you. In this video, I’m walking you through how to plan your 2026 rebrand in a way that actually works — not just aesthetic vision boards, not vague goals, but identity-based planning, habits, and execution. We’re talking about: How to rebrand your life in 2026 (mentally, emotionally, and practically) Why most vision boards don’t work — and how to build one that does How to set 2026 goals that don’t rely on motivation Identity shifts vs. outcome goals (and why this changes everything) Breaking self-sabotage cycles and building future-self habits Planning your next year based on who you’re becoming — not who you were This is big sister advice for women who know they’re capable of more but keep getting stuck in the same patterns. If you want 2026 to be the year you stop starting over and finally follow through, this is your sign. ✨ 2026 is not about dreaming harder. ✨ It’s about executing differently. Grab a notebook, pause when you need to, and start building the version of you who actually reaches her goals. ⚡️S O C I A L S ⚡️: ☆ Insta: https://www.instagram.com/wellwithmonia/ ☆ Tik Tok : https://www.tiktok.com/@wellwithmonia Music track: Storybook by Lukrembo Source: https://freetouse.com/music No Copyright Background Music Music track: Concierge Lounge by Lukrembo Source: https://freetouse.com/music No Copyright Background Music

About This Video

If your vision boards are just pretty pics + random quotes and you’re ending the year like “why didn’t anything happen?”, this video is me telling you exactly why—and how to fix it for your 2026 rebrand. I’m walking you through my “dreamer to doer” system: we set the mood, journal strategically, and do a real 2025 reflection first (what worked, what didn’t, what you’ll do differently, what you need to leave behind, and the question that hits hardest: if next year is the same, what would disappoint you most?). Because goals don’t magically happen—you hit them by changing the habits, routines, and thoughts you keep repeating. Then I help you choose a word (or two) for the year—mine are focus and execution—so you stop getting tripped up by the same patterns. From there, we set realistic goals (max 5–6) and, more importantly, action goals you can control. The game-changer is planning only Q1 as a 90-day sprint, picking non-negotiables (like my “work before pleasure” morning rule), and evaluating at the end of the quarter. Finally, we do identity mapping—who you need to be to reach your goals—because I’m not relying on motivation. I’m building identity loyalty. Your vision board becomes an identity action board: images and phrases that reflect the actions you’re committing to, not just the outcomes you’re hoping for.
