About This Video

If you want to be hotter this year, I need you to stop pretending food has nothing to do with your face, your skin, and your energy. In this video I’m basically giving you my “HotGirl University” beauty blueprint: your glow is an inside-and-outside job. Skincare helps, yes, but your skin, hair, and nails are literally built from nutrients—think protein + collagen support (vitamin C + amino acids), antioxidants (vitamins A, C, E), hydration, and healthy fats like omega-3s to calm inflammation and support your skin barrier. I also get super honest about what happens when your diet is off: more inflammation, more breakouts, dullness, puffiness, and that tired “aura.” Even though I’m genetically lucky with skin, if I go heavy on sugar + alcohol (December is always my worst month), I get pimples and whiteheads. And certain ultra-processed protein bars with sugar alcohols? Instant chin breakouts and bloating for me. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s balance: mostly whole foods, enough protein (I aim for at least 100g/day), eat the rainbow, plan your meals, hydrate (2 liters/day), and slow down when you eat so you don’t stress your body out by overeating. Confidence equals hotness, and your plate can either support that… or sabotage it.
