About This Video

If you want glass skin and you actually care about anti-aging, I need you to stop taking skincare advice only from 20-year-olds. When I was 20, I could wash my face with soap and slap on Nivea and still look fine—because at that age you’re not dealing with the same dehydration, barrier issues, and early lines. My skin is dry and sensitive, and over the last few years I’ve improved it so much that I get compliments constantly—so in this video I walk you through my real AM + PM routine and how I keep my skin hydrated, glowy, and protected. In the morning, I keep cleansing minimal (I usually just use cold water), then I do 10 minutes with my CurrentBody LED mask for hyperpigmentation and fine lines. After that I focus on hydration—essence mist + “skin flooding” (layering hydrating toners thin to thick). Then I go in with vitamin C (daily, in the AM), a glowy niacinamide serum, moisturizer (please don’t overpay), and SPF when there’s sun. At night, the game-changer is double cleansing (I do three steps) plus toner pads depending on the day (exfoliating every other day, hydrating pads on other nights). Then I layer serums thin to thick—peptides/growth factors for collagen support—add retinol when my skin can handle it, and finish with a barrier-friendly moisturizer. And yes: your diet matters too (sugar, alcohol, and even certain protein bars can wreck my skin).
