Morning guys—welcome to my little reset day in London. I’m staying super central (zone one) while we’re cat-sitting, and honestly it’s giving ā€œliving in Londonā€ energy… which is literally my dream, so I’m putting it out there into the universe. I originally planned a run because I’m here training for a half marathon (and yes, I’m trying to go under 2 hours), but London weather said ā€œabsolutely not.ā€ So we pivoted into a rainy hot girl walk instead—because wellness is also knowing when to protect your energy (and not get soaked and sick). From Oxford Street to Notting Hill, I take you with me for a cozy solo day: trying on jackets (including a fake fur moment that made me feel like a badass), browsing vintage, and doing the most important wellness activity… a cookie stop. I’m a cookie connoisseur, okay? I also tried matcha and had a realization: I’m not a matcha latte girlie—I’m a purist. I got a ā€œmatchoā€ (basically matcha + hot water) and it was pure vibes and lowkey the healthiest drink ever. Then I biked across the city (the day pass is so cheap) for French toast with hot honey, plus a scone taste test. This day wasn’t perfect ā€œclean girlā€ wellness—it was real-life reset wellness, and that’s the point.
