 and 20% joy food because we’re not doing strict rules over here. I start the day with a 10k run (yes, your girl is a runner now) and I fuel it with a Mr. Kipling Cherry Bakewell because it’s honestly perfect pre-run energy for me—and it’s just so good. After my shower, I make an autumn breakfast that’s anything but boring: pumpkin spice porridge.
