I walk you through the habits that lower inflammation and keep you glowing long-term: posture training (yes, I’m in my good posture era), consistent strength training to prevent age-related muscle loss, and prioritizing protein (I aim for 100g/day because it’s harder than you think). I also talk gut health over being skinny—fermented foods, rotating plants (30 a week), and lowering alcohol—plus limiting chronic stress, keeping a consistent sleep schedule, regulating blood sugar without getting obsessive, and going on daily walks for mood, vitamin D, and circadian rhythm.
