In this video I test drove a Nissan Frontier Pro-4X, and it’s been a while since I’ve been behind the wheel of a pickup. I’ve never owned a truck, and my experience goes back to driving company trucks when I was younger (an older Dodge pickup and a Ford dump truck), so this was really about the feel. The Frontier handled very well, but it felt more truck-like than I expected, not SUV-like. The steering was surprisingly tight—tighter than any Jeep JK I’ve driven—and the Pro-4X had way more features than I’m used to, like the 360 camera, heated steering wheel, heated seats, power seats, and multiple drive modes.
