Hey, what’s up guys—on this one I’m showing you how I got one, two, three, four, and five displays running at the same time from a laptop using OREI SplitXtend adapters. I walk you through the Windows Display Settings (right click > Display settings), how to Identify screens, drag the layout around, and switch between Extend and Duplicate so you can actually make the setup usable for real work. I also show a nice feature on the quad unit: dedicated buttons to turn specific outputs on/off so you don’t have to keep unplugging HDMI cables. I tested multiple OREI models they sent me, from the “quad” USB 3.0 box with four HDMI outputs (powered by a 5V adapter, rated up to 4K @ 30Hz) down to smaller two-output options like the SX2W1080 (USB-C) when you only need up to three total displays on a laptop. I also cover a true 1x2 HDMI splitter (not an extender—just mirrors), plus higher-spec hub-style units like the SX2C4K85 and the SX3C4K85 triple display with power delivery, LAN, USB ports, card readers, and audio. My takeaway: pick based on your budget and how many screens/ports you really need, because each one has a different sweet spot.
