Build-wise, it looks professional, feels solid, and it even has a spot to keep your Apple Pencil. After using it for about two weeks, here’s my honest takeaway: the Combo Touch itself works really well. The keys feel smooth and light, the trackpad is responsive, and the case is hard plastic so I’m not worried about drops. The main downsides are that it doubles the weight of the iPad and it can drain battery a bit faster since it’s powering the keyboard, trackpad, and backlight. And the bigger reality check for me is this: I realized I’m more of a laptop person. The iPad screen size and app limitations can still block some heavier workflows, so whether it’s “worth it” depends on how you plan to use your iPad.
