I started my day at a weekday farmers market (I’ve never gone on a weekday before), and the weather was actually perfect—like 75°, not humid, and it genuinely made me nostalgic for Northern California. I did a little haul with organic pasture-raised eggs, parsley (farmers market herbs are always worth it), cherry tomatoes, doughnut peaches (pricey but so sweet), carrots for my raw carrot salad + Vietnamese-style pickled veggies, and my absolute favorite: berries. I’m on a big raspberry/blackberry kick, and yes, I can eat a whole pint in one sitting. After that, I got into my weekly prep mode—super satisfying, takes a while, but it’s basically meal prep so the rest of the week is easier. I also shared what I’ve been working on behind the scenes, like filming the first sit-down video for my wedding series (planner, venue, and the first logistics steps). Then we get into a really fun night: getting ready for the Gracie Abrams concert at Madison Square Garden (I wanted big volume hair, curled ends, and all the Gracie songs while I got ready). I wrapped up packing super last minute for Paris—this time I actually laid everything out and planned outfits first, and it was honestly the move.
