Is there an affordable peated scotch on the market, or is peated single malt something that has to be done right and will always be expensive? I love finding affordable whisky, especially if it’s readily available and can be enjoyed neat – Glen Moray’s Elgin Classic range is often a great option for really affordable single malts that can be drunk neat. For this review, I tried the Glen Moray Peated Single Malt to see if a budget peated whisky could be a cheap alternative to the higher-priced smoky scotches.
